Ravens Perch
THE PHOTO:
The last thing I expected to get a photo of when I went to the bloody Melbourne Zoo was of a common Raven. Can’t really blame the zoo – the weather was grey which meant limited light which in turn mean using a high ISO to speed up the shutter speed to remove blur. So both noise and blur dominated all the ‘cool’ shots of Lions, Tigers, Monkeys, Bears and the rest.
This chap/chapette flew in for feeding time at the bear enclosure (what a nice word to describe a glorified jail).
