Ponte di Rialto

THE PHOTO:
One of the more iconic architectural structures in Venice, the Ponte di Rialto (Rialto Bridge) over the main canal wasn’t the easiest to get a photo of. Along with other shots of Venice, it’s all about time, place and circumstance (isn’t that also true for photography in general?)

POST-PROCESSING:
The sky was processed separately, mostly levels, curves, dodge and burn and hue/sat. Shadow/Highlight was used to bring out the detail under the bridge, levels and curves to provide contrast.
