Man vs Mountain

THE PHOTO:
Firstly, apologies to those squeamish amongst you.

This was a snap-shot of Cody’s battle-wounds from quite a humbling (for me at least) mountain biking day at the You Yangs MTB park just outside of Melbourne. I have a matching set above my right knee and hip, as well as a sprained left little finger and other scratches.

You Yangs is quite rocky and challenging, more of a downhill experience rather than a cross-country one. I think only one of our 6-strong group didn’t have a significant ‘off’, although not all resulted in leakage.
