THE PHOTO:
A whopping 3-inch spider I almost walked into (nah, it was no where near the track) on the track to the Mele Cascades (see previous image). I must have stared in awe at this bugger for about 2 minutes before I remembered I had a camera. Not something you want wandering around in your house eh?
POST-PROCESSING:
Crop, Sharpen, Dup Layer set to Overlay Blend at 75%, Monochrome and then Mono-Tint (55mm Filter), Levels, Curves and some Dodge and Burn before Neat image.
