First Shot
THE PHOTO:
This photo is significant for the fact it is the first shot I took with my new Nikon D2X. The shot was taken was from the 19th floor of the Newton Hotel in Fortress Hill, Hong Kong, that was my home for the last 6 days. I couldn’t get the window to open to get a clear shot, hence the slight refraction and reflection.

OTHER:
As shown, and outlined above, I am back after my trip to Hong Kong. I would like to ramble on about the whole trip thing, but I am still exhausted and jet-lagged so might do it bit by bit over the next couple of days as I throw up some of my shots taken there…

Crop (resize only), Sharpen, B&W filter in Green overlayed with duplicate B&W filter in Red set to overlay at 50% opacity, Noise reduction (Neat Image).
