Bird Man

THE PHOTO:
A man and his (albeit caged) bird at the ‘Bird Market’ Yeun Po Street in Kowloon. This street is dedicated to both birds for sale and display and the people that own them. By sheer coincidence, this guy, holding the same cage, was shown on the local Hong Kong news in a piece about the Bird Flu. It made the exercise in watching the news in Cantonese worth it.
