Pixelation should be fixed - it was the plugin used to create smaller versions.

Thanks lucky, I appreciate honest comments like that.

I was quite surprised how this one turned out during tone-mapping - i.e. before I did anything to it. In fact I turned the saturation down a tad because it was TOO popping. Also I intentionally left this one as less of a photographic representation.

Also, it's not your monitor - I'm wondering if I forgot to change it from 16bit to 8bit before I saved it. The big version doesn't show any 'gif'ing, but the resizing method by the plugin I used might be responsible.

i think the composition of the shot is fantastic. i always dig how you lens correct to take the photo to the next level. my corrections end up with some elements lined up, but others not.

HDR on the other hand is something i despise with a passion. partly because some people take a crap photo, HDR it up and so many people think high art. i think subtle HDR is a fantastic tool, but i fear this has gone slightly towards the graphic art end of the spectrum.

also, is it just me or does there appear to be some serious colour weirdness in that shot? it kinda looks like either a gif or a 256 colour jpg or something like that, but perhaps it's my crummy work monitor?
